Do you take insurance?

Insurance is not accepted at this time. A large number of insurance providers will reimburse you for all, or a portion of our sessions. I can provide you with a Superbill that will contain all the necessary information for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company prior to beginning services to see how/if you will be reimbursed.

How much do you charge for sessions?

  • Initial Consultation 15 Minutes: Free

  • Clinical Assessment (90791) 60-75 Minutes: $140

  • Standard Therapy Session (90837) 53-55 Minutes: $125

  • Speaking/Presentations: Please reach out to inquire.

  • Reduced Rate/Sliding-Scale: Limited availability - please reach out to inquire.

  • All payments are expected at the time of the session.

How do I pay for sessions?

All major credit cards/debit cards, are accepted. It is required that all clients keep a credit card on file in our HIPAA compliant EHR, Simple Practice. The card on file will be charged after every scheduled session.

Do you see people in-person?

Where are you licensed to practice?

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina (#11810). I can only provide online counseling services to North Carolina residents. A photo ID that shows proof of address will be required prior to beginning services. It is required that both therapist and client are located in North Carolina for counseling services to occur.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so outside of the 24-hour window of your scheduled appointment. All clients will be allotted one late cancellation/no-show. All subsequent late cancellations/no-shows will be billed at the full session rate.
